Anniversary
Kickoff
Saturday,
August 17th
Celebrate MacTechnics’ incredible 40th anniversary milestone with us as we kick off a year-long celebration starting on August 17th. Join us at our 3rd Saturday gatherings to share fond memories, exchange stories of our learning experiences, and showcase your favorite computer projects at our upcoming hybrid meeting on August 17th. Connect with Kathy Greiner to volunteer and become a valued contributor in honoring four decades of excellence at MacTechnics!
MacTechnics 40th anniversary begins on August 17th and will be a year-long celebration. At our 3rd Saturday meetings we will share MacTechnics event photos and memories of our journey to have fun while learning to use our computers.
Please send pictures from meetings, special interest groups and classes, swap meets, raffles and holiday parties. We will share stories of what we’ve learned and how it changed our lives. At MacTechnics meetings members will have a few minutes to share a snip it of a favorite computer project and explain what programs or apps they used to make it. (Think of a show-and-tell.) This anniversary celebrates members, so we will reflect on where we’ve been and what we’d like to do in the future.
August 17th will be a hybrid meeting from 11:00 – 1:00. You can join the meeting on the second floor of the NEW Center building on 1100 N. Main St. in Ann Arbor, or you can attend via Zoom.
For more information, or to volunteer to help organize the party, contact Kathy Greiner at ________________ by the end of July, if possible.
Join MacTechnics, the Ann Arbor Computer User Group, and connect with like-minded individuals who share your passion for all things tech. Stay updated on the latest trends, attend informative workshops, and expand your knowledge in a supportive community.
